What We Do

Concept Development
We prepare the design concept and illustrate it sufficiently to show all intended space provisions, planning relationships, with consideration to materials and services and provide concept sketch plans for client approval. Based on the above, we complete the sketch designs in order for the contractor to prepare an overall project program and pricing..

Project Management
We advise the client on all technical and functional characteristics of the project and can assist in the preparation of municipal/EIA or EMP submission documentation if required. We prepare a square metre rate and basic estimate of the budget in conjunction with our in-house cost consultant and consolidate construction documentation to obtain pricing. We prepare and arrange the signing of the contract documentation.

During Construction Phase
We administer and perform the various duties assigned to the architect in conjunction with the principal agent on the contract. We inspect construction by making regular site visits as well as prepare all detailed information required by the builder and subcontractors. We appoint sub-contractors; run site meetings; verify construction and order revision where necessary; monitor costs, evaluate payment claims, certify payment certificates; adjudicate and advise on disputes.
