THE BRIEF
Fox Browne Creative was invited to create the Guest Experience of this “Smart Basics” hotel. Our brief covered interiors and operating equipment including staff uniforms and the full-service experience for food and beverage.
THE INSPIRATION
Swakopmund is often quite cold and misty given its location on the South Atlantic, so we deliberately chose a vibrant and cheerful palette. The buildings were already built, and we had to give this hotel an identity that was fresh and bold to set it apart from its competitors.
THE RESULT
Amongst the town’s old traditions and buildings, The Delight is a fresh breeze in the desert. Where every effort is made to surprise and delight guests with thoughtful touches and locally inspired reasons to smile.
