Simplicity is about subtracting the obvious and adding the meaningful.
— John Maeda

Since joining Fox Browne Creative as an interior designer, I have been privileged to lead a number of projects, experiencing the full scale of the design process. This involves everything from creating technical plans and schedules to developing creative design concepts, managing budgets, and overseeing installations. It's incredibly exciting to witness a project come to life from conception to completion.

In my time with Fox Browne Creative, I have worked on a diverse range of projects across Southern Africa, from a smart basics city hotel in Swakopmund, Namibia, to the award-winning Lolebezi Safari Lodge in Zambia. Other highlight projects have been a tented camp in Botswana, a HNWI private residence in Hampshire, UK, a private homestead in South Africa, and a quirky lodge in the Namibian Desert. Recently, I was privileged to work on andBeyond Punakha River Lodge in Bhutan. My inspiration stems from my surroundings and various cultures, influencing my designs to create inspired spaces that are both authentic and captivating.

Prior to joining Fox Browne in 2014, I was a finalist in the PG Bison 1.618 Education Initiative competition, which honours future talents in interior and industrial design, architecture, and decision-making within the South African design industry. Since joining the Fox Browne Creative family, I have embraced the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.

I am always ready to contribute and learn from my colleagues, passionately curating beautiful and functional spaces. I believe in creating meaningful, simple but significant experiences through design.
