THE BRIEF
Fox Browne Creative was tasked, by the owners of Sirai Beach, with creating a coastal version of the acclaimed Sirai House in Laikipia. Our brief extended to creating the overall guest experience from arrival to departure and everything in between. Our team spent months on-site training staff, sourcing ingredients, developing menus and food concepts.
THE INSPIRATION
The Baobab trees in the garden were the inspiration for the colour palette.Our brief was to make it all look as if it had been around for a long time. Artisanal pieces were sourced from Kenya, Morocco, India and South Africa, yet the home feels unmistakably Kenyan, true to its Swahili coast location.
THE RESULT
A coastal home, rooted in Swahili design that captures the languorous ambience of the coast, overlooking the gardens and the ocean beyond. Inspired spaces and gracious hospitality.
