As the Hospitality and Operations Coordinator at Fox Browne Creative, I am part of the dynamic team that crafts, orchestrates, details, and delivers exceptional stays for guests in the beautiful lodges we design. I firmly believe in providing world-class guest service delivery through tailored and inspiring training programs.
Working alongside our talented designers and architects, I coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure they understand and can effectively deliver gracious hospitality using the spaces and tools we provide. My role, alongside Lesley Fox, is integral to creating extraordinary guest experiences and training the teams on the ground to bring our vision to life. As part of the hospitality team at Fox Browne Creative, I get to be involved in projects across Southern Africa to East Africa, including a remote island off Zanzibar.
My journey began at Stellenbosch University, where I pursued a BA in Development and Environment, followed by an honours degree in Business Commerce Public Development Management. Upon completing my studies, my wanderlust led me to the superyacht industry, where I spent five enriching years sailing the seas, ultimately attaining the role of head of service on a 109m motor yacht. The travel experience exposed me to diverse design styles worldwide, igniting my passion for interior design and prompting me to pursue a diploma in the field after leaving yachting.
Joining Fox Browne was a natural progression, allowing me to integrate all my skills. It is an honour working for Chris and Debra, and I feel highly motivated being part of such a passionate team. I look forward to growing with Fox Browne.
